As the flagship program of our “Young Leaders Program” under the ID Gurukul banner, Evolve was designed specifically for managers in Band 1 & 2 roles. This program is aimed to enable the young leaders to build capabilities that help them in managing teams through understanding the journey of an employee lifecycle.

Designed for Band 3 employees (300+ employees), this program is a manager of manager program that emphasizes the more strategic nuance of  team collaboration, negotiation, conflict management, delegation,feedback management, driving performance and interpersonal skills. This program will be launched in January 2025.

Designed for Band 4 employees - As professionals transition into leadership roles, they face increasing complexities that require more than just management skills. This program aimed to bridge the gap between management and leadership by covering essential concepts that drive effectiveness.

InsuranceDekho, was born out of a personal journey—a moment when navigating an insurance claim for my father made me realise how complex and inaccessible this space was for most people in our country.

We started with a simple mission: to make insurance understandable, approachable, and truly inclusive.

But along the way, it has become much more. Today, LasuranceDekhe stands for trust in moments that matter most. And that trust-Bharat ka Bharosa-is what we strive to earn every single day.

What we're building here is bigger than an organization. We're creating a platform that empowers people from every corner of the country-not just with protection, but with opportunity. Every day, we enable thousands of advisors, many of them first-generation entrepreneurs, to take charge of their future.
